Group Exercise Classes
We offer a wide variety of complimentary group exercise classes daily with your Center Membership. The schedule is updated monthly, so please check the current schedule.
Our multiple studios offer a wide variety of classes including yoga, Zumba®, indoor cycling, Barre classes, Spinning®, Pilates®, step, body sculpting, U-Jam, circuit training, cardio-kickboxing, and classes geared for older adults.

Earn stickers for activities you do every day––Nourish, Move, Engage––and track your progress to earn fabulous prizes.
You will also earn 100 JCC Rewards points for each class below that you preregister and attend!
We offer both Reformer and Mat Pilates of varying degrees of difficulty. We also have Pilates Personal Training sessions available.
An indoor cycling workout using music, visualization and actual cycling techniques to reach a higher level of cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please see our group exercise schedule to find a time that suits you best.
A wide variety of Yoga styles and levels are offered to suit the novice through advanced levels. Specialty classes include back care, restorative and yoga for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers.
Participants learn proper breathing techniques and full body alignment. Instructors guide each participant through a series of progressions to maximize individual results.
Most group exercise classes in the Health & Fitness Complex are complimentary with Center Membership, with the exception of Specialty Series or Master Classes, for which there is a fee, indicated with a ($). Community Members and Non-Members are welcome to participate in non-fee classes on a space-available basis by purchasing a daily guest pass for $20. Community Members and the public may attend fee-based classes ($) in the Health and Fitness Complex by paying the Public fee. Class schedules are revised regularly, so keep an eye out for updates.
Stay Fit For Life
As part of the Stay Fit For Life program we offer small group strength training classes. If you would like to learn more about these classes which are designed for adults ages 55 and older, please click on the learn more link.
Take your workout to the pool with this invigorating, non-impact class. Use water resistance to develop strength and cardiovascular endurance. Swimming experience is not necessary. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please see our indoor pool schedule to find a time that suits you best. See our indoor pool schedule for times.
Youth Fitness is specifically designed for ages 6 – 12. We offer varying classes both paid and inclusive in the youth membership. Your child or teen is certain to find something exciting and challenging at the PJCC, your center for life.
