BodyWork Sprint is a strength and endurance class that will have you feeling energized and knowing that you completed a full-body-workout. There will be no idle time; the class will consist of a very short warm-up, bodyweight and equipment-based exercises and a short stretch at the end of class. You don’t need to bring anything except a sweat towel, a bottle of water and yourself. For PJCC Center Members.
