Rita Morin is the Supervising Librarian for Adult & Teen Services with the San Mateo Public Library. She oversees all aspects of adult and teen programming, collection and reference services. She has been with the San Mateo Public Library for 8 years. Prior to this she worked at the San Jose Public Library.
