A Hatha Yoga class can help to increase fitness, improve health, attain or restore greater balance and connectedness of mind-body-spirit. It can also develop mental focus and discipline. Feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after completing one of PJCC’s Hatha Yoga classes. Please bring a personal Yoga mat. Blankets, blocks and straps will be provided.
