Morning Yoga: Achieve energy and focus in the PJCC?s Morning Yoga class. This class will incorporate meditation, movement and breathwork that is designed to make your body feel bright and your mind feel calm and alert before the day ahead! Classes incorporate floor work, standing, and balance postures, and may use a variety of props which are available outside the Yoga Studio at the PJCC. Don?t forget to bring your own yoga mat and water in a non-breakable bottle with a closed lid.
