Improve your skiing ability and prevent injuries through a combination of strength, mobility, and flexibility training. Each session will include a dynamic workout that primarily relies on bodyweight exercises that mimic the requirements of skiing.
Focusing on the muscular demands of skiing and snowboarding, your instructor Jacob Crain will incorporate a variety of exercises help you improve your performance, build muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and prevent injury. Classes will include HIIT-style workouts, full-body exercises, mobility and flexibility training, and unilateral exercises to mimic dynamic motions used in snow sports.
Instructor Jacob Crain belongs to the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI). The is Alpine Ski Level 1 (PSIA) and Alpine Snowboard Level 1 (AASI).
