Rebecca Steinberger is a volunteer Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association. She also worked as an Education Specialist for the California Department of Education. Her personal connection to the disease is what led her to the Alzheimer’s Association. Her sister was diagnosed with Younger Onset Alzheimer’s at age 52. Her mother was diagnosed with the disease in 2018. In addition to volunteering, Rebecca participates in the Alzheimer’s Prevention Trials (APT) Webstudy, an online registry designed to identify and track individuals who may be at a higher risk for developing dementia.
