Sessions include cardiovascular warmup, strength training and balance moves, in addition to somatic stretching and finishing with meditative breathing. The class is led by Judy Kalinyak, MD, a retired physician now working in disease prevention and health maintenance. Her belief is that age is only a number if you keep your mind and body fit.
