Women on Weights is a small group strength training program designed specifically to teach women the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. If you are a first time student please contact Instructor directly before booking your first class. This is an online class. Please contact your instructor for directions on attending online.

  • Mon - Thur 5 am - 9 pm (Group Ex by Reservation)
  • Fri 5 am - 6 pm (Group Ex by Reservation)
  • Sat & Sun 7 am - 6 pm (Group Ex by Reservation)
Admin Office Hours
  • Mon-Fri 8 am – 4 pm
