SUMMARY:Get Up & Go/Beth El Senior Friendship Club: Love yourself and play Brain Games
DESCRIPTION:In modern times\, Tu B’Av is seen as the Jewish equivalent of Valentine’s Day. Join Get Up & Go/Friendship Club to celebrate it with a session of Brain Games. Live communication\, including eye contact and body language is critically important to developing healthy relationships. It is an established fact that positive relationships lead to long and fulfilling lives. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nCalifornia Brain Games teaches you how to access both the left and right sides of the brain\, which helps strengthen memory\, enhance brain plasticity and learning skills. The games are also a fun way to connect\, engage and add a smile to the face. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n12:00-1:00 pm – Social/Lunch (bring your own lunch or buy it here) \n\n\n\n1:00-2:00 pm – Brain Games \n\n\n\nHybrid option is available!
