DESCRIPTION:In this 8-class series we will work to improve cognition\, as well as physical strength and endurance. We will utilize a SMARTfit® machine that incorporates dual-tasking of mental and physical challenges to improve cognition and reaction time performance. The class will also focus on balance. \nEquipment needed: Comfortable workout attire. Part of the class will take place outdoors\, so bring a hat\, sun-protective clothing\, and sunscreen. \n\nSteve Villareale is a Certified Personal Trainer\, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)\, and Certified Nutrition Coach who specializes in functional strength\, mobility\, and performance. His supportive\, results-driven approach makes exercise accessible and effective for individuals of all ages and abilities. \nMerry Konardi is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) who specializes in healthy aging\, strength training\, and movement restoration. Her passion is helping people move with confidence and enjoy a higher quality of life through lifelong fitness.
