She has worked with UCSF Memory and Aging Center and other organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association and Family Caregiver Alliance\, developing innovative programs\, presenting educational classes\, and facilitating support groups. Joanne enjoys working with clients to identify their needs and strengths\, assist them with accessing services\, and coordinate their care. \nAndrea Korsunsky\, BSW\, is the director of Care Management at Seniors At Home\, JFCS. A respected thought leader with over 20 years of experience in social work—and more than 20 years dedicated specifically to dementia care—Andrea is deeply committed to empowering individuals to live with dignity\, autonomy\, and purpose throughout the aging process.
