SUMMARY:Yoga Class to Honor the Hostages Held in Gaza
DESCRIPTION:We will come together as a yoga community with instructor\, Anat Kedem\, to honor the hostages still being held in Gaza.  They were taken from their lives and have been in captivity since October 7\, longer than 100 days. One of the hostages\, Carmel Gat\, has been practicing yoga and leading other hostages in a yoga practice in order to do something positive\, both for their minds and body.  Please join us as we perform a 75-minute yoga class\, keeping thoughts of the hostages\, and their friends and family in our hearts and hoping for their safe return. \nThis class will be held in the group exercise studio. Please bring your yoga mat and a sweatshirt or jacket; there is no heat in the group exercise studio.  All other props with be available. \nPlease contact mmandell@pjcc.org if you have any questions.  You may sign-up  for the class in the MyPJCC app or the MyPJCC member portal.
