Going on vacation and concerned about missing lessons? Or maybe you just want to give your child an extra boost in the pool? Check out Swim Lesson Intensives, convenient 30-minute lessons (available for Frogs – Seals) that take place every day, Monday–Thursday for two weeks straight. This is equivalent to a full session packed into two weeks! Please note: For the month of July, swim intensives will take the place of the regularly scheduled 3:00 pm classes. Space is limited, so sign up now!

• Only Center Members may stay and swim after classes. If your child does not have a Center Membership in addition to their swim class registration, they are not allowed to use the indoor or outdoor pools after swim class.
• Please limit your towel usage to one towel and remember to keep showers short so that everyone may enjoy the use of the family locker rooms.
• We do not allow water wings. We only allow Coast Guard Approved floatation devices. An appropriate floatation device is clearly marked Coast Guard approved (Lifeguard jackets, Puddle Jumpers, etc).
• If your child spends a prolonged period of time in the water, please have him/her wear water shoes, as they protect the soles of tender feet.
• Do you live in Foster City? Ask about discounts on public rates just for Foster City residents!

Meet Teacher Andrew, a beloved PJCC swim instructor. Andrew is headed to UC Santa Cruz in the fall and will major in history with the goal of becoming a high school history teacher. Andrew loves Mediterranean food, which he had the opportunity to enjoy during recent travels to Greece and Turkey–and next up is a trip to Italy this summer. In his spare time, Andrew is learning how to play the saxophone, loves to dance, and thinks “Scrubs” was the best TV series ever. Whew! Clearly a man with eclectic tastes. Next time you see Andrew, say hi and share your favorite travel trip (or TV show!).
