Live Virtual Personal Training

Center Members: Take your home workout to the next level. Work out with our dedicated certified personal trainers in a live, one-on-one online session. Using any fitness equipment you have at home, they’ll help you create a personalized at-home fitness regimen that builds your strength and keeps you motivated. Get the specialized fitness guidance you need today—with an expertly designed plan that focuses on your long-term results.

Center Members can also work with many of our Personal Trainers in person at the PJCC.

Live & Virtual Women on Weights (WOW) Training*

WOW, what a workout! In this small-group program, our certified personal trainers lead you through the basic fundamentals and benefits of strength training, with guidance tailored to the specific fitness needs of women. Classes are filling; limited space available.

Monday

8:00 am High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Circuit with Charity
During this intermediate-to-advanced-level class, Charity will guide you through a series of exercises that cover cardiovascular and muscular strength, mobility and speed, coordination and flexibility — while also encouraging you to focus on the mind-body connection.

10:00 am Bodyweight Sculpting with Christian L. (Open to the Public)
This class will not only increase your mobility and stability, but will increase your strength and muscle endurance as you use your own bodyweight and gravity to do the work. 
Important: Due to Zoom procedures, this public Group Exercise class requires a waiting room. Students will be let into the class by the time the warm-up is over (approximately five minutes after start time); the waiting room will be closed after that. To ensure that you are able to access this class, we strongly recommend arriving five minutes prior to start time.

Tuesday

9:00 am Vinyasa Yoga with Walter (Note Change as of June 2022)
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.

10:00 am Total Body Conditioning with Christian
Combine athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance, and endurance training—all in one calorie-burning class.

11:00 am Mat Pilates Fusion with Monique
This workout will combine Mat Pilates techniques: lengthening, tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on the core.

2:00 pm Stretch & Strengthen with Christian
Improve your mobility and strength through this low and moderate intensity program.

Wednesday

8:30 am Mat Pilates Fusion with Pam
This workout will combine Mat Pilates techniques: lengthening, tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on the core.

10:15 am Chair Yoga
Ranya guides you through a gentle practice that enhances your mindfulness as well as your flexibility.

10:30 am Kickbox Bootcamp with Christian
Build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories with this fun, empowering and challenging workout.

5:30 pm Hatha Yoga with Walter
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.

Thursday

10:30 am Total Body Conditioning with Christian
Combine athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance, and endurance training—all in one calorie-burning class.

12:00 pm Hatha Yoga with Walter
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.

2:00 pm Stretch & Strengthen with Christian
Improve your mobility and strength through this low and moderate intensity program.

Friday

Saturday

8:30 am Mat Pilates Fusion with Cici
This class brings together the best of Pilates: improving core strength, flexibility, and posture—with a fitness twist. Expect to challenge muscles you didn’t know you had along with all the regular muscle groups: abs, glutes, thighs, hips, and back!

9:00 am Zumba Gold with Phoebe
Learn Latin dances and others with flavors from all over the world. This low-impact class is geared to active older adults, individuals new to exercise, and those coming back from injuries. So much fun, it feels more like a party than a workout!

10:30 am Body Sculpting with Jia
Join Jia as she guides you through a workout using all major muscle groups. You will improve muscle definition by toning your entire body using bodyweight conditioning and strength training. The workout may be completed with bodyweight only; however, some basic equipment (such as dumbbells, resistance bands, elastic tubing, and/or therapy bands) is recommended to maximize the workout.

Sunday

9:30 am Yoga with Carol A.
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.
