It’s a great time to focus on your fitness goals—from the comfort of your own home! Our certified personal trainers are here to provide their expertise and support, along with the boost of encouragement and motivation you need to stay on track.

Live Online Women on Weights (WOW) Training*

WOW, what a workout! In this small-group program, our certified personal trainers lead you through the basic fundamentals and benefits of strength training, with guidance tailored to the specific fitness needs of women. Classes are filling; limited space available.

4:00-4:30 pm Lovingkindness Meditation with Rabbi Lavey Derby
In this meditation, we silently repeat blessings of lovingkindness for ourselves and others. Join Rabbi Lavey in this practice that opens the heart and cultivates compassion.

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The poses, or asanas, are often adaptations of modern yoga poses.

11:30 am-12:15 pm Arms, Abs, & Glutes with Monique
Join Monique as she leads you through a targeted workout that will light up your muscles and build strength and endurance.

On-Demand Workouts from the PJCC and our Partners at Les Mills

Please note: Free access to Les Mills workouts has been made available by the PJCC via your desktop or mobile browser. Use of the Les Mills app is not provided by PJCC and therefore requires a download, as well as registration for a 14-day trial membership, after which a fee for service is required.

This platform offers 95 of the most popular youth and adult Les Mills training workouts across eight categories. They are easy to follow and designed for varied fitness levels and ages. Be adventurous, try new workouts as well as those formats you already love. We encourage you to use this time to lean into your personal fitness and wellness, stay optimistic, and have some fun.

The offerings include Yoga Flow, Mindfulness, Dance, BODYCOMBAT, High Intensity Interval Training, Born To Move Kids’ Fitness Workouts, and more!
