Since 2001,IsraAID has been providing mental health/psychosocial support to communities following disasters and crises. The webinars are facilitated by mental health professionals who have deployed with IsraAID worldwide.

Join us for a fun and engaging hands-on family cooking class. Kids and parents will work together in the kitchen under the guidance of Michelle Greenebaum, a Nutrition Consultant and Healthy Cooking Expert. The best part: participants get to eat their culinary creations!
As we cook, Michelle will offer parents home cooking tips and answer questions on the most nutritious foods for kids, picky eaters, and selecting the healthiest products at the grocery store. Take home family friendly recipes you’ll want to make over and over again!
