Living Healthy Workshop

Tuesdays, October 15–November 19 ∙ 1:00 – 2:30 pm ∙ Classroom AB ∙ Free
This 6-week workshop provides practical techniques, the latest innovation, and support for living a healthy life. Weekly sessions provide the latest information and strategies for making healthy choices regarding self-care and sleep, nutrition (including mindfulness and food labels), physical activity, improving memory and brain health, management of stress and pain, and communicating effectively with healthcare providers. This workshop is offered in partnership with Sequoia Healthcare District as a free community service.
