In this Art of Aging presentation, we examine the challenges of aging such as loss of a partner, appearances, sexuality, and purpose in life. We will explore ways to overcome challenges and rediscover joy from both a spiritual perspective to a practical one. Presenter: River Huston is an award-winning writer, performer, lecturer, and activist. She speaks on issues related to sexuality, communication, overcoming challenges, and change. She has been featured on Good Morning America, Showtime, Nightline, CNN, and ABC: Up To The Minute.

Join us for a fun and engaging hands-on family cooking class. Kids and parents will work together in the kitchen under the guidance of Michelle Greenebaum, a Nutrition Consultant and Healthy Cooking Expert. The best part: participants get to eat their culinary creations!
As we cook, Michelle will offer parents home cooking tips and answer questions on the most nutritious foods for kids, picky eaters, and selecting the healthiest products at the grocery store. Take home family friendly recipes you’ll want to make over and over again!
