Due to our lifestyle in the Silicon Valley, sitting in our cars, at work and on the couch, our hips have become chronically tightened. This can lead to misalignment of the hips, pelvis and spine, which could cause pain. Learn yoga poses that can help release muscular tension in the hip area. A regular practice of these poses may help decrease mental stress too.
