This beginning class offers an introduction to the Ashtanga method. Participants will be guided through the initial sequence of poses in a manner suitable for all ages and levels of physical fitness. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

A gentle yoga class for all cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. Learn gentle yoga postures, guided meditation, and breathing exercises in a supportive environment. This complimentary class is open to all cancer patients in the community.
This class combines breath and dynamic movement at a slower pace than our standard Flow and Vinyasa classes, giving you more time to learn the poses and link your breath to each pose (asana).

This class offers detailed instruction on posture alignment and yoga poses and sequences to counteract posture imbalances. Release tightness, improve body awareness, and stretch, strengthen, realign and revitalize your body. Time is taken to notice how both breathing and poses release tension from the muscles and mind.
This yoga class incorporates energetic movements and yoga poses along with some longer holds. The class will work on breath, stamina, strength, and connecting the mind and body to each other.
