Kindercamp is a joyful, nurturing introduction to Camp Keff where campers build friendships, confidence, and independence through play, creativity, and routine. Specifically curated for our youngest campers (Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten) to bridge the gap between preschool and “big kid” camp.

- Steamed Buns Cooking Class: Get hands-on in the kitchen as you learn how to prep, fill, and steam buns from scratch. This class is all about trying something new and enjoying what you make together.

- Urban Air Adventure Park: Jump, climb, and race through trampolines, obstacle courses, and challenge zones. This is a high-energy day built for movement and friendly competition.
- Paint Shoes Experience at PJCC: Turn a pair of shoes into wearable art. You’ll experiment with color, patterns, and design to create something no one else has.
- Giants vs A’s Baseball Game—Extended Day: Head to Oracle Park for a live MLB game. Soak in the stadium energy, grab snacks, and enjoy the game with friends.

- Six Flags (Extended Day): Big rides, big thrills, and an unforgettable day with friends. This is one of the most adrenaline-filled trips of the summer.
- Beekeeping: Get up close with bees and learn how they support ecosystems and food systems. It’s fascinating, hands-on, and surprisingly cool.
- K1 Speed Indoor Kart Racing: Race electric go-karts on a professional indoor track with a focus on safety and friendly competition.

Kayitz b’Keff Hebrew Immersion
Kayitz b’Keff is Camp Keff’s joyful Hebrew immersion experience for rising TK–5th graders, where friendship, play, and community bring Hebrew to life. From morning greetings to games, songs, and shared adventures, campers are surrounded by Hebrew in ways that feel natural, exciting, and fun.
Summer camp is the perfect place to build language skills. Through everyday camp moments—playing, creating, laughing, and exploring—campers develop real-world Hebrew without it ever feeling like school. Our two-week immersive sessions give campers time to grow confident using Hebrew, form deep friendships, and feel part of a close-knit community where everyone belongs.
Kayitz b’Keff is offered in two session options—New Hebrew Learners and Fluent Hebrew Learners—so every child can participate at the level that feels right for them.
This session is designed for campers who are new to Hebrew or still building foundational skills. Hebrew is woven into the day through songs, games, routines, and hands-on activities, creating a welcoming environment where campers feel supported, encouraged, and successful.
Campers will:
- Be introduced to Hebrew through play, music, movement, and daily camp routines
- Build vocabulary and comprehension naturally, without pressure
- Participate in arts & crafts, STEM, cooking, swimming, and Jewish experiences—all with Hebrew woven in
- Gain confidence using Hebrew alongside friends at a similar learning stage
- Be guided by warm, encouraging counselors who model Hebrew in accessible ways
No prior Hebrew experience is required. Campers leave the session with stronger listening skills, growing vocabulary, and increased confidence using Hebrew with friends.
This session is designed for campers who are already comfortable communicating in Hebrew and are ready for a fully immersive Hebrew-speaking environment. Campers spend the day learning, playing, and connecting with peers—all in Hebrew.
Campers will:
- Engage in full-day Hebrew immersion with fluent peers
- Participate in specialty programs and activities led entirely in Hebrew
- Strengthen conversational skills, vocabulary, and cultural fluency
- Build deep friendships through shared language and experiences
- Be guided by Hebrew-speaking counselors who bring authenticity, warmth, and Israeli culture into every part of the day
This session strengthens language skills while preserving the joy, silliness, and energy that define Camp Keff summers.
