Aquatics Workouts

The pool’s the place to be for a low-impact workout with high-impact results. Join us for one of our aqua fitness classes, hone your skills at our weekly adult swim clinic, or come in for lap swim during our Open Swim hours.

Group Exercise Classes

Aqua Fitness

A non-impact class that uses water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Aqua Zumba

A mix of Latin music moves from the group exercise studio to the pool using water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

The Plunge

A unique, high intensity, low impact, full-body cardio & strength aquatic program that uses water resistance to increase muscular and  cardiovascular strength. The class incorporates speed drills, plyometrics, buoyancy & range of motion exercises with no complicated choreography. You don’t have to be an athlete to take this class, but after taking this class you may become an athlete.
