Elan Divon is a Harvard-trained author, speaker, and founder of Divon Academy and ElevateU, organizations that equip young people with the work, life, and leadership skills indispensable for success in an age of AI. He has trained thousands of professionals—from Fortune 500 teams to university students— and co-created high-impact projects like the Genius 100 Visions initiative; his human-development work has earned praise from leaders such as Larry Tanenbaum and Deepak Chopra. A Jerusalem native, Elan now serves as Director of Development at San Diego Hebrew Day School.
