Chair Yoga with Adriana

Join this gentle practice of mindfulness and movement. The Chair Yoga class can enhance your ability to quiet your mind at the same time you improve your strength, flexibility and balance. Learn and practice yoga postures and exercises that can help you strengthen your bones, and thus reduce the risk of falling. All Levels Welcome.
