Build & Improve: Strength, Cardiovascular Health, Balance & Coordination, Confidence, and Friendship with other Members
In Steve’s class, not only do you improve yourself through fitness training, but you also build a connection with other members participating in the class. During the class, you will use various equipment to challenge your body and improve over time. Steve’s Women on Weights class offers attention in a small group setting of just 3–8 women. Steve enjoys working with members of varying ages and capabilities, providing them with workouts tailored to their needs. Come by and try it out yourself! Classes are open to Center Members and the public.
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 11:00–11:55 am
Pricing: 4-session package: $120/Member; $140/Public
