A Hatha Yoga class can help to increase fitness, improve health, attain or restore greater balance and connectedness of mind-body-spirit. It can also develop mental focus and discipline. Feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after completing one of PJCC’s Hatha Yoga classes. Please bring a personal Yoga mat. Blankets, blocks, and straps will be provided. Requirement for this type of class: be able to get down to the floor and up from the floor without assistance. For PJCC Center Members; registration required in MyPJCC.
