Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, invites reflection and evaluation, a process that can be deepened through meditation. As we step into a new cycle, meditation allows us to connect with ourselves and clarify our purpose.
Join Joe Edley for a transformative workshop where you’ll learn a reliable method for relaxation and discover how to leverage your own behavioral patterns for lifelong growth and learning. This session promises a fresh perspective on happiness and your purpose in life.
