The Power Mix brings together the best of full-body strength, core work, and heart-pumping cardio in one evenly structured, challenging workout. You’ll cycle through upper body, lower body, and core-focused strength sets, all mixed with exhilarating cardio bursts to keep your body moving and your heart rate up. Whether you’re lifting, lunging, or powering through intervals, the Power Mix keeps things fresh and effective, building strength, endurance, and confidence every step of the way. All fitness levels welcome, modifications always offered!
