After working in the childcare industry for 12 years, Mercedes Roses co-founded Aging Consulting Services that assists the elderly who are transitioning into senior living. While growing her company, she found a white space in the real estate market helping seniors deal with their home after they moved.
Nelly Cotto is the Regional Sales Director for WellRive (formerly Managing Moves & More and Gentle Transitions). She works directly with clients in managing and executing their move; from downsizing to creating floor plans to assembling crews for the packing and unpacking to clearing their house in preparation for sale, and more!
