FIT: Focused InBody 570 Analysis
What It Includes:

A complimentary session designed to assess your body composition and optimize your fitness plan.
InBody 570 Body Composition Analysis:
- Quick & Painless:
The test takes just 45 seconds using safe, low-level electrical currents. - Comprehensive Readout:
Provides data on:- Segmental lean body mass
- Fat mass
- Body fat percentage
- Tracking Progress Over Time:
Useful for monitoring:- Muscle gain or loss
- Fat changes
- Adjustments needed in your fitness routin
Personal Trainer Guidance:
- A certified trainer will:
- Review your InBody 570 results
- Show you how to use cardio equipment effectively
