Class Etiquette: A Few Friendly Guidelines

We want every participant to have the best experience possible. Here’s how we can all contribute:

  • Arrive on time – Late arrivals disrupt the flow. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you.
  • Respect others’ space – Everyone needs room to move safely.
  • No saving spots – First come, first served!
  • Cleanliness matters – Wear fresh clothes, and avoid strong fragrances.
  • Silence distractions – Keep conversations and phone use to a minimum during class.
