10:00 AM | Total Body Conditioning with Christian – A dynamic class combining athletic movements, strength, and endurance training.

Wednesday

8:30 AM | Mat Pilates Fusion with Pam – Strengthen and tone your core with Pilates techniques.

10:30 AM | Kickbox Bootcamp with Christian – Burn calories and build coordination with this high-energy class.
