Discover the foundational sequence of the Ashtanga method in a welcoming environment. No experience necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to move.

Back Care Yoga


Designed to support spinal health, this class focuses on poses that ease discomfort, strengthen core muscles, and improve overall flexibility.

Better Balance for All Ages


Increase body awareness, strength, agility, and mental focus as you work toward better balance in body and mind. Personalized attention and modifications will be offered; appropriate for all levels of fitness. Class is taken barefoot.

Chair Yoga


Perfect for those looking for a gentle, seated practice. Build mindfulness and flexibility without the need for a mat.

Gentle Yoga


This slow-paced class welcomes all levels and includes a restorative 15-minute session to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Hatha Yoga


Find balance through mindful poses, breathwork, and meditation. Build strength, flexibility, and inner harmony.

Morning Yoga


Achieve energy and focus through meditation, movement and breathwork that is designed to make your body feel bright and your mind feel calm and alert.

Peaceful Movement


A thoughtful practice to clear your mind, ease your body and restore inner peace. Bring awareness to your breath and body movement, cultivating a sense of calming. Gentle all-levels class featuring intentional poses, culminating with a soothing savasana.

Restore and Renew


Unwind, relax, and reset in this gentle class to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body. A soothing combination of breathwork, guided meditation, and light stretching, release tension, will cultivate inner stillness, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. All levels welcome.

Slow Flow Yoga


A mindful, breath-centered practice that moves at a slower pace than traditional Vinyasa, allowing time to refine each pose.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga


Link breath to movement in this dynamic, flowing practice. Improve flexibility, strength, and mental focus as you move through seamless sequences.

Ying Yang Yoga Flow


A wonderfully balanced practice with a high energy yang flow leading to a slower and more restorative yin practice. The Yang flow will involve more active, dynamic poses aiming to build strength, stamina, and improve circulation. The Yin practice will focus on using props, holding poses for longer periods to target the deep, dense connective tissues and joints, promoting flexibility and emotional release. All levels welcome.

Yoga for Better Movement


Strengthen, stretch, and realign your body with poses designed to counteract posture imbalances and promote better movement patterns.

Yoga Flow


A blend of breath, stamina, and strength. This class combines movement-based sequences with longer pose holds to cultivate both energy and stability.
