A non-impact class that uses water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
A mix of Latin music moves from the group exercise studio to the pool using water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Cardio Dance – 30
Sundays, 4:35 – 5:05 pm
This 30-minute class incorporates easy-to-follow dance patterns with an emphasis on having fun as you torch calories.
A cardiovascular workout using the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning and stamina.
A series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest using equipment found in the GE Studio or using one’s own bodyweight. No frills, this is a full-body workout enjoyable for men & women alike. (A 30-minute version of this class is offered on Sundays.)
This class trains you to improve core strength, help decrease back pain and improve posture.
A calorie-torching, non-impact ride that uses music to motivate and guide students through a series of sprints, valleys and hills. Intensity will vary and each instructor will design their class in a unique way to help you reach your full potential. Students are always welcome to further customize their workout by adjusting their pace or resistance on the bike. In one hour, you will torch between 400-800 calories and leave feeling energized and ready to take on the next part of your day.
In this heart pumping and invigorating class, we will use heart rate technology to push you to your best! Individual class visitors can use heart rate straps to view real-time data, and instructors will coach to that data, challenging you to your full potential. Performance data will be stored on each person’s MindBody account so riders can view and compare their own performances, past and present. Not sure the heart rate tracking is for you? Participants can opt out and ride just as hard. If you like to track your performance and want to see your fitness level evolve, come sweat with us- this class is for you!
New to the indoor cycling world? Come try something new in non-intimidating environment. We will cover bike set up, our bike monitors, and show you how to interact with the bike so that you can start pushing yourself towards new goals. This class will be 30 minutes long and will leave you wanting more! Come sweat with our community and have some fun at the same time!
This ride is a 30 min. edition of the Evo-ride. Same energy and calorie busting workout, all in 30 minutes.
Use the beat of the music and rhythm to motivate your ride. Class is fun and different; come try it out. You will burn mega calories and feel energized after the ride.
This group exercise class uses choreography that emphasizes full range of motion, increases cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility without a lot of tension on your joints. Appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
Low Impact & Sculpt
30 minutes of cardiovascular fitness and 25 minutes of sculpting gives you a well-rounded fitness class. Appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
An all-levels class to further challenge participants’ core strength, flexibility and posture. (We also offer Beginning Mat Pilates, which introduces the fundamentals and basic principles of Pilates while helping to increase core strength, flexibility and posture.)
Mat Pilates Fusion
This workout combines the best of mat Pilates: lengthening, tightening and toning your entire body and combines it with fitness principles to create the ultimate total-body workout.
A unique, high-intensity, low impact, full-body cardio & strength aquatic program that uses water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength. The class incorporates speed drills, plyometrics, buoyancy & range of motion exercises with no complicated choreography. You don’t have to be an athlete to take this class, but after taking this class you may become an athlete.
Stretch & Move
Variety of exercises designed to increase muscle and bone strength, range of motion and balance. This class is designed for older adults, but everyone is invited to attend.
Tae Bo® Fitness
A cardio workout that is a combination of self-awareness and the control of martial arts, the focus and strength of boxing, and the grace and rhythm of dance.
Tai Chi and Qigong
Tai Chi and Qigong offer a low-stress and low-impact routine that combines mental focus with physical progress for a healthy lifestyle. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Tai Chi and Sword
Taiji jian is taught with a narrow-blade, double-edged sword. The flowing and fluid jian movements are meditative and will help you build your body’s strength and sharpen your mind. This class will introduce the fundamental elements of jian and study the 49 postures of the Chen style jian.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Combination of athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance and endurance training all in one calorie-burning class.
This is an athletic cardio dance program that unites world beats with urban flavor.
This class is a mix of Latin, Top 40 and Hip Hop music to energize Latin-inspired, fitness and hip hop dance moves.
Zumba Gold®/LaBlast Fitness®
Zumba Gold is a class with a mix of Latin and world music geared to the more mature exerciser, beginners or those returning to exercise after time off. LaBlast Dance Fitness was created by Dancing with the Stars’ Louis Van Amstel. You will learn the Jive, Samba, Viennese Waltz and more in an easy partner-free format.
