A high intensity workout blending body weight and resistance with aerobic drills to improve overall speed, agility, balance, and endurance.
A non-impact class that uses water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Be guided through a workout using all major muscle groups, improving muscle definition, tone, and strength. Prepare yourself for body weight, dumbbells and/or resistance band exercises to challenge your entire body. Injured or returning students can do these classes without equipment.

Deep Stretch Yoga
This class will hold poses for an extended period of time, increasing one’s flexibility and helping with relaxation.

An intense, full-body workout that focuses on compound movement patterns used in everyday life. This class combines strength training, balance, plyometrics and endurance. This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced students.
Tai Chi and Qigong
Tai Chi and Qigong offer a low-stress and low-impact routine that combines mental focus with physical progress for a healthy lifestyle. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Combine athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance, and endurance in this calorie-blasting class.
This is an athletic cardio dance program that unites world beats with urban flavor.
Join us for a yoga practice that helps you develop strength, balance, and flexibility.
Get grooving to a mix of Latin, Top 40, and Hip Hop music that energizes Latin-inspired, fitness, and hip hop dance moves.
Zumba Gold® and Toning
Join the Zumba Gold Party. You’ll be guided through a journey filled with mamba, samba, bachata, and salsa. Before the session ends, you’ll feel more toned and have a smile on your face.
