Supercharge your Sunday afternoon with our Circuit Training and Dance Fitness classes. Give us 30 minutes and we’ll give you a blast of energy that will power your week!

Circuit Training – 30
Sundays, 4:00 – 4:30 pm
A series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest using equipment found in the Group Exercise Studio or using one’s own body weight. This no-frills full-body workout is enjoyable for men and women alike.

Cardio Dance – 30
This 30-minute class incorporates easy-to-follow dance patterns with an emphasis on having fun as you torch calories.
