Athletic Conditioning
A high intensity workout blending body weight and resistance with aerobic drills to improve overall speed, agility, balance, and endurance.
Aqua Fitness
A non-impact class that uses water resistance to increase muscular and cardiovascular strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
Back Care Yoga
Join this class to learn ways to strengthen the core, which includes the back and abdominals. Poses will challenge stability and flexibility. Please bring your yoga mat to class.
Beginning Hatha Yoga
Join this class if you are new to yoga or enjoy a slower paced class that has detailed instruction. All Levels Welcome. Please bring your yoga mat to class.
Body Sculpting
Be guided through a workout challenging all major muscle groups, improving muscle definition, tone, and strength using body weight, dumbbells and/or resistance band exercises. Injured, beginning, and returning students can do these classes with modifications given by the instructor.
Bodyweight Strength & Tone (Virtual Only)
Learn great exercises that can be done anywhere and will help you feel strong and toned. No equipment needed!
BodyWorks Sprint
Maximize your time working those muscles! This strength-and-endurance-focused class uses both your bodyweight and basic strength-training equipment to give you a full-body workout in just 30 minutes.
Cardio Kickboxing
Get ready to punch, kick, and sweat your way to fitness in our Cardio Kickboxing class! This high-energy, full-body workout combines martial arts-inspired movements with fast-paced cardio to help you burn calories, build strength, increase flexibility, and improve endurance. Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that uses the chair for balance and stability. It is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and can increase strength and flexibility, enhance your balance and reduce your stress. Available Virtually and at the PJCC.
Core Conditioning
This class trains you to improve core strength, help decrease back pain and improve posture.
Cycling
Ride flats, hills, switchbacks, and much more. Be prepared to sweat and have a great workout; you will feel so accomplished after this calorie-scorching class is done.
DanceMixx
Amazing energy and style is coming your way when you get in the groove at DanceMix. If you like to sweat and dance, this is the class for you!
Essentrics
Essentrics dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong and toned physique as well as improved posture. This class is done with bare feet in the yoga studio. If you chose to wear shoes, please make sure they are “inside shoes” and clean. Please bring your yoga mat. All Levels Welcome.
Fiercely Fit
This total body workout uses weight-training techniques to work major muscle groups, along with short cardio intervals to give your body a complete workout.
Gentle Beginning Ballet
Ballet is a wonderful way to stay in shape, challenge your mind, and feel beautiful. The Gentle Ballet Fundamentals Series will focus on basic ballet techniques, posture, core and balance; there won’t be any big leaps or high kicks. This premium class is a way to learn and practice ballet, to have fun, and a gentle way to enhance your fitness. Ballet Shoes are required

Kickbox Bootcamp
Build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories with this fun, empowering, and challenging workout that uses the kickbox moves & techniques and the bootcamp drills you love to hate (burpees, anyone?).
Mat Pilates Fusion
This workout combines the best of mat Pilates—lengthening, tightening, and toning the whole body with an emphasis on the core—with contemporary fitness techniques. You may use Pilates balls and rings or your own body weight. Please bring your yoga mat if you prefer a thinner mat.
Mindful Movement

This is a slow-paced class designed for older adults that will help you move with ease and less effort, more harmonious, efficient, and effective! It can be taken in a chair or out.
Your instructor, Debi, is a dancer and yoga instructor who loves connecting with her students and invites them to savor the moment. Registration is required. Open to public for a fee.
Slow Flow Yoga
This class combines breath and movement in a slow and intentional way. You will learn poses (Asanas) in a safe and supportive environment. All Levels Welcome. Please bring your yoga mat to class.

U-Jam Fitness™
This is an athletic cardio dance program that unites world beats with urban flavor.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic style of yoga where you flow smoothly from one pose to the next, guided by your breath. The class will include standing and seated poses and possible meditation. Please bring your yoga mat to class.
Yoga

Yoga Ballet Fusion
Whether you are a yoga student looking to experience a choreography-based practice or a dancer looking to balance your practice more mindfully, this class is for you! Yoga for Better Movement
