S.I.T.: Seated Intense Training With Debbie L.

Experience a preview of the seated fitness class that will officially start in March!

Strengthening your muscles with seated exercise helps build healthier muscles and bones, improve your posture, and can relieve back pain. Debbie will lead you through exercises that elevate your heart rate, help you improve flexibility and balance, increase your mobility, and give you an energy boost.

Trip the light fantastic with us! In this four-class series, you’ll learn to dance like a star as we teach you the basic steps and skills of ballroom dances such as Salsa, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Tango, and more. Burn calories as you boogie!
