Rabbis’ Roundtable
Presented by the North Peninsula Jewish Collaboration, the Rabbis’ Roundtable is an annual pre-High Holiday gathering that brings together our local clergy for a rich and meaningful conversation about Jewish life, contemporary issues, and timeless traditions. This thought-provoking program fosters dialogue, deepens connections, and encourages collective exploration of Jewish values.

Slichah & Teshuvah: The Alchemy of Apology and Forgiveness
Enter the High Holiday season in community as our North Peninsula clergy explore these themes through conversation and reflection. Join us for a light reception in the Preschool garden hosted by the PJCC Development Committee, followed by the main program in the Preschool Multi-Purpose Room (MPR).
- Rabbi Nat Ezray, Congregation Beth Jacob
- Rabbi Julia Berg, Peninsula Temple Sholom
- Rabbi Moshe Heyn, Coastside Jewish Community
- Rabbi Lisa Kingston, Peninsula Temple Beth El
- Rabbi Laurie Matzkin, Peninsula Jewish Community Center
- Rabbi Cantor Doron Shapira, Peninsula Sinai Congregation
You might consider reading one of two books that speak to these themes:
- This Is Real and You are Completely Unprepared – Rabbi Alan Lew
- Repentance and Repair – Rabbi Danya Ruttenberg
This event is free to the community and open to the public.
