Live better, longer, together.

Welcome to the Center for Healthy Longevity (CHL) at the PJCC—your dynamic hub for staying physically fit, mentally sharp, and socially connected as you age. Informed by the PJCC’s guiding principle of shleimut, wholeness of body, mind, and spirit, CHL takes a holistic approach to healthy aging. Our focus is on healthspan, ensuring the years ahead are vibrant, purposeful, and fulfilling.

Driven by community and expertise, CHL brings together evidence-based wellness, brain health, lifelong learning, social connection, and caregiver support—everything you need to live fully. Collaboration with leading community partners, including organizations specializing in aging, caregiving, and cognitive health, strengthens our programming, ensures best practices, and expands access to a wide range of resources for CHL participants.
