Join us in this 8-class series and take the first step toward stronger, healthier bones. Low bone density is often called a “silent disease” – causing no symptoms and no warning signs until a bone fractures. It affects roughly half of all adults over age 50. The good news? A structured exercise program can meaningfully improve bone density and reduce your risk of fracture.
Each class will include:
- Skeleton impact loading (including jumping)
- Resistance training (weight-bearing with movement)
- Balance training
- Flexibility training
Participants should bring their own mat.
Locations:
- Tuesday – Group Exercise Studio
- Thursday – Board Room
