Searching for balance is a constant challenge in modern life. Between work, family, relationships, community involvement, and caring for our own wellbeing, it can be difficult to navigate competing priorities. Jewish wisdom—from classical texts to modern Jewish thought—offers enduring insights into these very struggles. In this six-week course, we will explore Jewish perspectives on health, the soul, relationships, work, and community, and consider how Jewish tradition helps us live with greater intention and balance in everyday life.
