Join us for this Peer-to-Peer conversation about caregiving, self-care, mental wellness, and the power of supporting one another. Neetu Razdan’s father was a highly accomplished professional who spent his life caring for everyone around him, often at the expense of caring for himself. He never once said he was tired. Years later, after a lifetime of pushing through, he lost his memory to Alzheimer’s disease. Through personal storytelling and reflection, Neetu will explore how burnout can quietly take hold and why caring for ourselves is essential, not selfish.

Neetu Razdan is the founder of We Make It Matter, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to prioritize mental wellness through tools that are free, private, and thoughtfully designed for everyone.
