Meet our community partners:
- Foster City Village – Membership-based organization providing transportation, practical assistance, social connections, fitness and educational opportunities.
- PJCC’s Get Up & Go Program – Free rides to medical appointments and errands for adults 50+ on the Peninsula.
- HICAP San Mateo County – State- and Federally-funded program providing free, unbiased counseling on Medicare and related insurance issues.
- Peninsula Family Services – Resource hotline, older adult services, and senior peer counseling.
- San Mateo County Transit District – San Mateo County transportation resources, including the new Mobility Resource Center.
- Self Help for the Elderly – Home health services, social services, senior activity center, and more.
- Via Assist – New on-demand transportation for individuals with wheelchairs and mobility needs.
