Research shows that yoga improves many of the side effects related to cancer. The PJCC offers a gentle yoga class for all cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. Learn gentle yoga postures, guided meditation, and breathing exercises in a supportive environment. This complimentary class is open to all cancer patients in the community. Registration is required.
