Personalized Transportation Assistance

Take advantage of this free senior transportation program Monday through Friday of each week. This service enables non-driving older adults to “get up and go” to medical and dental appointments, as well as errands such as food shopping. Personal or family caregivers may also be transported free of charge.

Registration is required, but PJCC membership is not necessary and there are no income or religious affiliation requirements. We accept reservations for medical appointments up to 2 months in advance. Rides for other errands can be requested the week before transportation is needed. Call 650.378.2750 for information.

“I was housebound before Get Up & Go: now I get out more. The service is reliable, and the people are great.”
