Fitness Workouts for Women with Steve

Build & Improve: Strength, Cardiovascular Health, Balance & Coordination, Confidence, and Friendship with other Members

In Steve’s class, not only do you improve yourself through fitness training, but you also build a connection with other members participating in the class. During the class, you will use various equipment to challenge your body and improve over time. Steve’s Women on Weights class offers attention in a small group setting of just 3–8 women. Steve enjoys working with members of varying ages and capabilities, providing them with workouts tailored to their needs. Come by and try it out yourself! Classes are open to Center Members and the public.

Women on Weights

WOW, what a workout! In this small-group program, our certified personal trainers, Seni and Sahba, lead you through the basic fundamentals and benefits of strength training, with guidance tailored to the specific fitness needs of women. Classes are open to Center Members and the public.

Functional Fitness with Judy

Achieve a total-body workout in a challenging and FUN small-group setting that’s tailored to your needs and goals! In each session, personal trainer Judy Kalinyak, MD, leads you through exercises that can increase your ability to enjoy your hobbies and everyday activities with greater fluidity and ease. Through a thoughtfully developed regimen that includes body and hand-weight exercises, balance and movement challenges, and stretching, you’ll build your strength, balance, and flexibility. Classes are open to Center Members and the public.
