Welcome to your resource area for marketing. We’ve placed the most requested and utilized items here for your convenience. Now you can easily access key marketing assets anytime you want. The Marketing department both collaborates with and supports all the various areas within the PJCC, and we want to help you succeed.
Use this Marketing Request Form to generate a project through Marketing. Once your MRF is received, you will get an email confirmation from Basecamp, our project manager and team communication system.
New feature – now, you can place all the requested items in one MRF! For on-going programs, this may entail simply submitting the form. For new programs or events, you may need to confer with the Marketing department prior to submitting forms. This will allow for greater collaboration and understanding of how we can best work together to help you achieve your goals. Submitting a Marketing Request (MRF)

The PJCC has a new, refreshed look! In January 2018, the PJCC launched our new website which introduced the new branding elements. This included a new color palette, typeface, and a new logo and wordmark that is more contemporary, and has a subtle nod to our unique building and Jewish heritage.
As we introduce this fully for all communications now, you’ll find a new brand book with detailed information about our brand colors, typefaces, logo usage, and feelings that our brand strives to evoke. You’ll also find a detailed section on approved usages of words and grammar that are commonly used throughout PJCC communications. All computers throughout the PJCC now have two of the three new font typefaces already installed.
✅ Tip: Read the summary on page 3 to note the key pages everyone should be familiar with.
Logos: Quickly download our logo for use on documents, or when a partnering organization requests our logo.
✅ Tip: PNG files have transparent backgrounds so that they can be placed without a background color behind them. If an organization requires a JPEG file, please contact Marketing.
✅ Tip: When you click on these files, the logos will appear in a new tab on your browser. To save the image, right click on the image, select “Save image as…” and save the image to your documents folder.

Flyer Templates: All departments will find newly designed flyer templates in MS Word. There are templates for flyers with an image, and flyers without an image.
✅ Tip: Think about your audience and not your department when choosing a flyer. If your program or event makes more sense using another heading, then do so. However, be sure to be consistent with Class or TRec so members and guests can easily find it on the website too.
✅ IMPORTANT: Do not take images from the internet for use in flyers. Images have legal copyrights attached and unless you have explicit permission or have paid for the image, it is not allowable. Use free sites such as pexels.com or unsplash.com, pixabay.com, freeimages.com. You can also search Google images using Tools –> Usage rights –> labeled as reuse with modification.
✅ Do not use licensed names, images, or characters anywhere. For example, Mickey Mouse, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, Harry Potter, as there are legal copyrights associated with these as well.
✅ With the new templates, all departments are required to utilize these for your flyers. If you haven’t used templates before, we are happy to assist you to ensure your flyers look acceptable. New guidelines include:
