Description of class: Start your morning with this calorie busting workout to get your turkey day going in a fabulous direction. Dina will lead you through 20 minutes of Kickbox Bootcamp to get your heart rate up, followed by 20 minutes of strength training before she uses the last 20 minutes of class to work your core in more ways than I can count. Come to class to find out why Dina’s classes never disappoint.

Description for both classes: On this special Thanksgiving holiday, Carol will lead each student through one or both holiday yoga classes offering each student the opportunity to bring awareness to their personal gifts with deep gratitude. She will also help the students see their ability to use these gifts for the benefit of all.
Registration is required for both classes. Please bring your yoga mat; there are no mats to borrow.

Aqua fitness is perfect for all fitness levels, making it a great way to get fit, meet new friends, and have fun!

Whether you’re coming to shake a tail feather or just burn off some pumpkin pie, this dance party is a feast for the spirit. Let’s celebrate together!
