Certified personal trainers are available for private and semi–private training sessions. They will work with you to create a personal training package promoting long–term results.

Personal Training

One-on-one sessions are provided by certified personal trainers to help you meet your individual health and fitness goals and sometimes can include strength conditioning, cardiovascular and Pilates workouts. Packages include one-session; three-session introductory; five-session; ten-session and buddy packages.

Focused Individual Training Sessions

Get started with a special workout plan just for you!

Start your fitness journey on solid footing with Focused Individual Training (FIT) sessions at the PJCC. Session 1 includes a thorough evaluation using the InBody 570; Session 2 includes recommended workouts and specific exercises based upon your FIT 1 evaluation. Learn more about FIT at the PJCC.

Included as a benefit of membership.

One-on-One Personal Training—Personal Attention

One-on-one private sessions are provided by certified personal trainers to help you meet your individual health and fitness goals and can include strength conditioning, cardiovascular, Pilates and/or athletic performance enhancement workouts. Packages include single-session; three-session introductory; five-session; and ten-session packages.

Buddy Pack Personal Training—Work Out with a Friend

Buddy Pack Personal Training is the answer. You’ll be working with one of our certified trainers to help you and your workout partner meet both of your health and fitness goals together.

Packages include single-session, five-session and ten-session options.

Personal Trainer / Tier II

  • One 60-minute session $90 (Member)
  • Five 30-minute / 60-minute sessions $252/$422 (Member)
  • Ten 60-minute sessions $773 (Member)

Master Trainer / Tier III

  • One 60-minute session $95 (Member)
  • Five 30-minute / 60-minute sessions $268/$454 (Member)
  • Ten 60-minute sessions $824 (Member)

Pilates Personal Training / Tier 2

Specialized Small Group Training

Specialized Group Training is a small group strength training program designed to teach individuals the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. These intensive one-hour “bootcamps” meet twice a week and are limited to 3–5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Specialized Group Training is for you.
