Focused Individual Training (FIT) Sessions
Get started with a special workout plan just for you! Start your fitness journey on solid footing with Focused Individual Training (FIT) session at the PJCC. This session includes a thorough evaluation using the InBody 570, and recommended workouts and specific exercises based upon your InBody 570 evaluation. Learn more about FIT at the PJCC.
Women on Weights (WOW)
Designed specifically for women, WOW is a small group strength training program that teaches the fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. Research shows that women need weight training to maintain bone density as they age.
