9:00 am Aqua Fitness with Cher (Indoor Pool): 70 minutes
9:00 am BodyWorks with Jennifer (Group Exercise Studio): 45 minutes
9:30 am Vinyasa Yoga with Anat (Yoga Studio): 70 minutes
10:30 am Burn It Up Dance Party with Margarita and Yuko (Group Exercise Studio): 70 minutes
Please note: Pilates or Small Group Training on Thursday, November 23 or Friday, November 24.
All fitness sign-ups, including Group Exercise, specialty classes, Small Group Training, and Pilates Reformer, now take place in MyPJCC.
