If you have received your letter in the mail and your contact information is correct, please click the button below to log into MyPJCC and then click on “Create an Account.” This will create your new MyPJCC account.
You should have received a hard-copy letter*, delivered to your home address, with information regarding how to update your MyPJCC account with new information.
If we do not have an email address on record for you, please complete the form below using the Client ID provided in that letter and provide us with your personal email address.
If the email address we have for you is incorrect, or if you need to update other account information, you may also use the form below to give us this new information. Please also include the Client ID provided in the letter.

Q. What is the impetus behind the change to MyPJCC?
A. Our new system will provide you with far more options, far more flexibility, and a greater level of ease. Furthermore, you’ll be able to log in to see your own account in a far more robust manner.
Q. What makes MyPJCC different from your current systems?
A. MyPJCC makes it more efficient for you to manage your account, and for us to offer the level of service you expect at the PJCC. Processes will be streamlined—it will be much easier for you to register for programs online! It’s also much more user-friendly and up to date technologically: more attractive and mobile friendly. Please note, the exception is Aquatics; see separate FAQ item below for further information.
Q. I need assistance logging in to my account. Who can I contact?

Q. What programs will I register for in MyPJCC?
A. MyPJCC will allow you to complete program registrations. “Program registrations” pertain to classes and workshops such as Shababa, paint nights, Kids’ Night Out, Food for Thought, mindfulness meditation, preschool enrichment programs, bridge and mah jongg, and so on. Aquatics registrations will transition to our new system starting with registration for January classes (opening November 1); if you need to update or change your current swim registrations, please call or visit the Welcome Center. If you want to register for fitness or spa, you will continue to use MindBody. You will register for Camp through campkeff.org.
Q. Is MindBody staying in place for fitness classes?
Yes, we will continue to use MindBody for the foreseeable future. This pertains to fitness classes (including Pilates reformer classes, TRX, certain group ex and yoga classes, personal training, small group training, and spa).
Q. How will I register for swim lessons?
A. Registrations for January 2019 group swim lessons begin in MyPJCC on Thursday, November 1. First-time users enrolling in this new system will require assistance from our Aquatics staff, so beginning November 1, please contact us at 650.378.2782. We are happy to guide you through the process.
The Aquatics Office will also be handling all group lesson registrations in our existing and new systems. Please call or visit our Aquatics Office with any questions or for assistance in signing up!
Q. How will I register for Camp Keff and Treehouse?
A. Camp Keff registrations take place via campkeff.org. Treehouse registration will continue to take place in the current system for the time being.
Q. How will I register for Preschool?
Many aspects of your Preschool account will make use of our new system. Many things will be simplified! However, this will not replace Up to Us (the communication tool for preschool).
Q. Can I continue to register in person or via the phone?
A. Of course—we will still be available to help you in person and on the phone! However, if you do decide to begin using the online registration system, we are certain you will find the experience to be much improved over the current system.
Q. It's great to access my statements online, but what if I need a printed copy of my statements?
A. You can print individual receipts of each transaction in the system. However, if you need a statement covering all transactions over a specific date range, you will need to speak with PJCC Admin staff.
Q. Will I still be able to receive printed information on upcoming programs?
A. We will still have information available on paper for certain select programs.
Q. Can I use this new system on a mobile device?
A. Yes, you will be able to use your phone or tablet! However, we are not creating a new app at this time. (The MindBody app will continue to be available, for fitness and spa.)
