Q. What is the impetus behind the change to MyPJCC?
A. Our new system will provide you with far more options, far more flexibility, and a greater level of ease. Furthermore, you’ll be able to log in to see your own account in a far more robust manner.
Q. What makes MyPJCC different from your current systems?
A. MyPJCC makes it more efficient for you to manage your account, and for us to offer the level of service you expect at the PJCC. Processes will be streamlined—it will be much easier for you to register for programs online! It’s also much more user-friendly and up to date technologically: more attractive and mobile friendly. Please note, the exception is Aquatics; see separate FAQ item below for further information.
Q. I need assistance logging in to my account. Who can I contact?
A. MyPJCC will allow you to complete program registrations. “Program registrations” pertain to classes and workshops such as Shababa, paint nights, Kids’ Night Out, Food for Thought, mindfulness meditation, preschool enrichment programs, bridge and mah jongg, and so on. If you want to register for fitness classes (such as Group Ex and Pilates reformer) or spa, you will continue to use MindBody. You will register for Camp through campkeff.org.
Q. Is MindBody staying in place for fitness classes?
Yes, we will continue to use MindBody for the foreseeable future. This pertains to fitness classes (including Pilates reformer classes, TRX, certain group ex and yoga classes, personal training, small group training, and spa).
Q. How will I register for swim lessons?
A. You may register either by phone or in person at our Aquatics Office. Stop by or contact us at 650.378.2782. We are happy to assist you.
Q. How will I register for Camp Keff and Treehouse?
A. Camp Keff registrations take place via campkeff.org. Treehouse registration will continue to take place in the current system for the time being, but will move to MyPJCC for the 2020–2021 school year.
Q. How will I register for Preschool?
Many aspects of your Preschool account will make use of our new system. Many things will be simplified! However, this will not replace Kaymbu (the communication tool for preschool).
Q. Can I continue to register in person or via the phone?
A. Of course—we will still be available to help you in person and on the phone! However, if you do decide to begin using the online registration system, we are certain you will find the experience to be much improved over the current system.
Q. How do I get a statement of my monthly membership charge?
