BodyWork Sprint is a class that is part of the new 30-minute Sprint format. When you ask people why they don’t exercise regularly, the number one answer is: not enough time. To help you find time, the PJCC group exercise department has launched Sprint classes. The 30-minute Sprint classes were created to make it easier to get in, get the workout done and get out without a fuss or a large commitment of time. BodyWork Sprint is a strength and endurance class that will have you feeling energized and knowing that you completed a full-body-workout. There will be no idle time; the class will consist of a very short warm-up, bodyweight and equipment-based exercises and a short stretch at the end of class. You don’t need to bring anything except a sweat towel, a bottle of water and yourself. This class is open to all levels of fitness and ages 13 – 80 years old are welcome! If you know you need a longer warm-up, please come to class warmed up and ready to go. You can warm-up on a short walk or on one of our many pieces of cardio equipment in our fitness area on the second floor. For PJCC Center Members; registration in MyPJCC required.
