Calling all future chess champions!
Chess Chevra partners with 20+ JCCs, yeshivas, and day schools around the country. We are excited to bring an in-person after-school chess program to the PJCC this school year! Through instruction on strategy, reflection on students’ games, and organized tournaments, we are eager to give the students a healthy outlet that builds critical life skills: focus, patience, planning, prudence, sportsmanship, and seeing the outcome of one’s decisions.
When: January 27 – March 24 (No class 2/17)
Who:
Grades K-1: 3:40-4:40pm
Grades 2-5: 4:45-5:45pm
Where: Board Room
Cost: $200 Member/ $250 Public/ $150 Treehouse
