Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Pilates will also improve your posture and balance. In this class we also add the best of science-based core work from the fitness world and fuse them together to get a fabulous full-body workout.
