Pilates Essentials will introduce you to Pilates on the Reformer and will introduce to you the 6 Pilates principles (Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centering and Flow). The Pilates Essentials class is a little slower pace than the regular Pilates classes, but will quickly teach you the basic Pilates exercises, including exercises that will challenge your entire body at the same time, trunk integration, lower Body Strength, upper body strength, balance, stability and dynamic flexibility.
